Job Overview The post holder works in Health Courier Services (HCS) Operations and supports the co-ordinated delivery of HCS and Supply Chain (SC) services and ensures they take place as per contractual agreements. They liaise closely with the HCS Controller/Scheduler and also external contacts and /or Clinical departments at hospitals, GP surgeries, clinics, day centres, nursing homes and the Blood Banks. In addition, the post holder supports the efficient operation of the HCS, SC and Laundry day to day operations and links with Day Control services and is the first operational point of contact for enquires relating to Logistics transport for area. Close liaison with all parties is paramount to provide transport of the highest calibre.
