About the Role:
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a key role in providing tailored support to students who may face challenges in managing their behaviour. Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in implementing individual behaviour management plans.
2. Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties in both one-to-one and group settings.

5. Keep accurate records and provide regular updates on students' progress.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. Previous experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs (in an educational or support role).
2. A good understanding of behaviour management strategies and techniques.
3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families.
4. Patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping children succeed.
5. A relevant qualification or experience in education.
