What you will do in your working day
The role provides administrative support within our Operations Team to ensure the effective, smooth running of our day to day office duties. Reporting to our General Manager your responsibilities include:
• Reception duties such as meeting and greeting, answering the telephone, filing, emailing etc.
• General administration.
• Placing advertisements for job availability.
• Pre screening for suitability of applicants. To include telephone calls/teams meetings/emails and all communication.
• To carry out and complete company inductions and record all details for each applicant.
• Liaising with the HR Dept to carry out all checks on applicants and assisting with screening and vetting.
• Keeping accurate, detailed files and records for operations administration.
• Supporting the operations department where required.

The training you will be getting
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Programme:
Relevant training will be provided through Lancaster and Morecambe College
Functional Skills in maths and English may be required
Level 3 Business Administration qualification
