As a Marketing Manager working for a software and services provider in Manchester, you will play a vital part in realising our client’s full pipeline and revenue potential. You will plan, build, and run inbound and outbound marketing programs to develop and accelerate pipeline growth. Playing a critical role in the company’s revenue marketing strategies by implementing national campaign plans for various customer segments. You will have an integral part in ensuring that all members of the organisation are aligned and committed to UK and global growth, sales, and marketing strategies. By providing clear communication and building solid cross-functional relationships, you will encourage effective participation and mobilisation support for our cross-organisational initiatives. As the Marketing Manager your duties will include: Pipeline generation through marketing-led activities. Drive the company’s marketing plan and activities in the United Kingdom. Drive demand generation across various tactics, like email marketing, content marketing, webinars, and more. Collaborate with the UK Sales and customer success teams to develop and deliver a wide range of highly targeted ABM campaigns and experiments across channels to achieve pipeline targets. Evaluate campaign outcomes in detail, measure marketing spending effectiveness, performance, and ROI to draw insights and present results clearly to facilitate future decisions. Budget management and cost control. External partnerships with other regions, our partners and suppliers. Leverage best practice from the company globally, and in conjunction with other Marketing and Sales Managers across the business. What you will need to succeed as the Marketing Manager: Relevant Academic degree (bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field). Minimum of 5 years of experience working in B2B marketing. Experience in Enterprise Software is a plus. Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders to coordinate campaigns from end to end. Knowledge of and experience in Marketing technologies/platforms. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience with ABM campaigns. Experience in Managing Performance Marketing.
