Contract: Maternity Cover - 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Location: South Kensington, London - Hybrid Working available (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transactional Processing Manager to join Frasers Property UK on a maternity cover contract (12-month FTC) and be an integral member of the Finance team responsible for all transactional processing across the FPUK portfolio. They will manage the Accounts Payable / Receivable team, providing coaching and training.
It is an exciting time to join the team as we look to implement 'best in class' new processes and systems while managing reporting requirements.
What you'll be doing as a Transactional Processing Manager:
* Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice processing, payments, vendor reconciliations, and shared mailbox management.
* Manage internal stakeholders and external suppliers regarding payment of invoices.
* Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function, ensuring all fee income, recharges, and third-party billings are issued correctly and on a timely basis.
* Review Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable processes to improve efficiency.
* Manage the Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable timetable for payment runs and month-end reporting.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the team, ensuring training and development needs are met.
* Manage the vendor/customer onboarding process for SAP.
* Manage the employee expense claims process.
* Build effective and reliable relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external).
* Ensure requests from stakeholders are accurately completed to the agreed standards and deadlines.
* Support process improvement initiatives for various UK and Group-led projects to increase efficiency.
* Responsible for reviewing and signing off on all bank reconciliations on a timely basis.
* Assist the Financial Controller in providing meaningful management reports for review.
* Prepare financial data/information on an ad-hoc basis.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in a similar role with responsibility for managing an Accounts Payable (AP) and ideally an Accounts Receivable (AR) function and team.
* Real estate or property experience is preferable.
* SAP knowledge is preferred.
* People management experience, confident in coaching and developing a team.

* Exposure to financial reporting systems and implementations.
