Part Time Training Administrator – Maternity Cover – Reading - £16.00 PH Working within a R&D division this roe is to be part of an admin team delivering 200 courses per year, three days a week 8-1pm Tues-Wed-Thurs. Duties are to provide a professional service ensuring effective organisation of assigned workload, update materials in line with tutor expectations across all platforms, responsible for course material co-ordination, liaise with tutors on latest materials, update materials in Adobe connect, Adobe Acrobat DC pr MS teams and print provider Mimeo, create virtual classrooms, support hosting’s, provide administration support in training inbox for queries related to course materials. Successful candidates will have excellent knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Adobe Connect, multi-tasking skills, stakeholder management, experience in events, training or a project management environment would be a distinct advantage.
