Goodman Masson are partnered with a non-profit organisation who provide strategic support, loans and grants to charities and social enterprises across the UK, to recruit for their new Risk and Compliance Manager. \n\nReporting to the Director of Finance, you will support and advise the Directors Group in assessing and defining strategies and recommendations to manage quality, compliance and risk in line with best practice.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead and manage on all external compliance audits including ISO (Apply online only) internal audit and external BSI accreditation. Supporting internal departments to be compliant as well as liaising and managing external assessors/auditors\nPlan, execute and complete risk-based internal audit plan with regular reporting\nFormally report on ISO (Apply online only) audits and external assessments\nOwn and manage the Corporate/Organisational Policy framework/register\nEnsure associated KPI's/business metrics are understood, reviewed and monitored\nSupport the Board to regularly review the charity's process for identifying, prioritising, escalating and managing risks\nSupport colleagues to embed effective risk management processesEssentials:\n\nExperience of Compliance both in terms of ISO(Apply online only) external assessments and internal audits\nExperience of working within an FCA regulatory environment\nExcellent relationship management skills\nProven ability to successfully plan, manage and deliver projects \n\nThis role is a part-time position (4 days per week) with flexible hours.
