As a Streetworks Compliance Team Leader, you will be part of the Area Operational Team, analyzing real-time data for onsite activity and photographic submissions to ensure compliance with internal and client standards. You will ensure that a quality service is captured and reviewed in a timely manner, promoting a ‘Right First Time’ culture to deliver excellent service, and provide day-to-day support to Project Managers and Agents to improve work quality and assist in the reduction of cost of failure to the business.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
* Managing holidays/sickness within the team.
* Managing performance within the team.
* Real-time quality auditing and validation of photographic work submissions.
* Ensuring site and traffic management setup and SLG compliance.
* Monitoring task completion.
* Backfill and reinstatement compliance.
* Site clearance evidence.
* Escalation of operational issues to Operational Managers including incorrect site setup and works quality issues.
* Validate on-site activity and review against Permit Conditions.
