Planet Recruitment are excited to announce a permanent opportunity to join our client in the centre of Oxford in a Administrator position.
Previous experience in a construction or facilities maintenance role is essential.
In this position you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the senior staff on site, you will be acting as as a central point of contact for the maintenance department.
Assisting with the coordination of the planned maintenance on site, working with staff and contractors.
Applicants should have a working knowledge of Microsoft programmes, Excel and Word and have experience inputting data and creating reports.
The successful applicant will possess the following essential skills :
Experience in a previous administrator position
Be highly organised
Have the ability to organise their own workload
Knowledge of health and safety documentation
Be able organise meetings with contractors on site and diarise at the request of the Head of Maintenance or Maintenance Works SupervisorFurther information available on request.
