Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment. Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing feedback to both pupils and parents. Collaborate with school staff to support students’ development and wellbeing. Adapt lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of pupils. Maintain a professional and supportive approach when working in various school settings. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching primary-aged children, either in a permanent or supply capacity (ECTs are welcomed) Strong classroom management and communication skills.
