Job Title: Conversational Designer Location: Basingstoke or London, England Duration: 6 Month contract Job type: FTC or Subcon Working Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite a week) 1. As a Conversation Designer, you will undertake project design and development work taking projects from concept to delivery, including supporting discovery work with multiple business and product areas across the Customer 2. You’ll design user-focused conversational interfaces for voice interactions, chatbots, live chat, asynchronous messaging and digital assistants 3. You’ll prepare storyboards, user/process flows and demos to effectively demonstrate interactions and designs to support our messaging experience for customers and internal users 4. You’ll support with developing, debugging and deploying conversational experiences 5. Discuss development and key milestone deliverables with the project team, scrum team, operational teams, and digital and operational leadership 6. Participate in creating guidelines, best practices, and standards for conversational experiences at the customer 7. Help to evolve our voice and messaging interaction guidelines in line with latest standards and best practices
