Field Sales Executive
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Based in East Yorkshire (office based with travel)
Renumeration: £30,000 - £35,000 plus car allowance and bonus
Benefits: 25 days plus bank holidays, Pension scheme, Bonus scheme
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well established Hull based manufacturer. As they continue to grow they are hiring for a Field Sales Executive to join their team. The role will involve visiting existing, lapsed and new clients, finding out pipeline and information on the market for the commercial team.
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for:
* Prospecting and qualifying leads before planning, booking and attending customer visits
* Strategic overview of the current and ongoing market
* Working closely with the Commercial Manager on pipeline, leads and the market
* Collaboration with other departments and divisions within the company and group
* Account management with both new and existing clients
* Maintain the customer database
* Completing thorough fact finds when speaking with decision makers
* Identifying other prospects when seeing customers in certain areas
The successful Field Sales Executive will have the following:
* A positive and adaptable character
* A people person who can build rapport
* Experience within a customer service, sales or account management people would be advantageous but not essential
* Strong communication skills with both written and verbal
* A driving license for this position is required
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who either wants to move away from their current sales position or move in to a sales position. The role is more about building rapport with customers and prospects rather than a direct sales position so if you enjoy customer contact but don’t want a high pressured sales role this may be for you.
