Training
Training to be Provided
* The apprentice will undertake the Safety, Health and Environment Technician (Level 3) Apprenticeship Standard, and it will be delivered by the University of Lincoln's Holbeach Campus, the National Centre for Food Manufacturing (NCFM).
* The apprentice will work towards obtaining the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the SHE standard.
* The apprentice will attend block release sessions virtually via Microsoft Teams or in person at the NCFM campus throughout the duration of the programme.
* Training to be provided includes: hazard identification, concern reporting, incident reporting, use of PPE, first aid, fire marshall, working at height, ladder safety, COSHH awareness, electrical safety, legislation and any other in house relevant training.
