For this role, you must have advanced IT skills including using task management and AI tools. You must also be a strong writer, and have experience producing content for internal communications. In this role you will arrange travel, plan delegation visits, write content for internal circulations and maintain the department’s website. Duties: Produce short written content for circulation via communication channels, including newsletters and website. Arrange logistics for travel overseas organised by the Global Engagement Office. Plan and organise a number of international delegations visiting the University of Oxford. Maintain the department's website to ensure it showcases the breadth of exciting global activity taking place across the University. Selection criteria: Advanced IT skills, including using task management tools and emerging AI enhanced software, such as Chat GPT and Microsoft Co-Pilot. Strong writing skills with the ability to summarise complex information in a concise, easy to understand format. Experience writing content for websites/newsletters. Proven experience providing administrative support, including arranging travel/accommodation.
