Epsom-based SME with high growth strategy requires a Head of Operations on a 12 month fixed term salaried contract (not day rate) basis to centralise their Operations and ensure best-in-class Operational Delivery as they rapidly scale up.
You will be a senior leader in both Operational Excellence and Change Management. You will have worked in both mature/recognisable organisations as well as fast-paced start-ups/SMEs previously. This blended experience is vital to allow you to know 'what good Operations looks like' as well having successfully navigated Operational growing-pains for scaling SMEs in the past.

This is an urgent requirement and the successful individual will need to start by the end of March 2025. Given this timeframe we are therefore only able to consider individuals with a 1 month notice period or less. Ideally you will have immediate availability to start ASAP.
This opportunity has a hybrid working pattern where you will spend 3 days per week in the office and the rest from home.
