About the Role
As a Protection Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting Protection Advisers by ensuring a seamless client journey from application to completion. Your efficiency, accuracy, and proactive approach will be key in maintaining high service standards and supporting the wider team in achieving success.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing and managing protection insurance applications from start to finish.
* Liaising with clients, lenders, and insurers to ensure smooth case progression.
* Conducting thorough administrative checks to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Handling client queries with professionalism and efficiency.
* Keeping internal systems up to date with client and policy details.
* Supporting Protection Advisers with documentation and compliance requirements.
* Assisting in policy research and comparisons to provide the best solutions for clients.
Package & Benefits
* Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 DOE

Skills & Experience Required
* Experience in financial services administration - Protect admin preferred
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work to deadlines.
* Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
* Understanding of protection products is an advantage but not essential.
