We are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team at our site in Enderby, Leicestershire. You would be supporting our Sales Team in both an operational and commercial capacity. This is a Monday to Friday role that is office-based. The working hours are 9am to 5pm with some flexibility to suit the business needs.
Role and Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily calls and enquiries for the Sales Team.
* Support the Sales Team with ensuring all paperwork is correctly managed and all information is communicated to the relevant production teams.
* Learn all aspects of stock management and deputise for the Sales Team as and when the business requires.
* Communicate with all areas of operations and commercial.
* Liaise with hauliers and customers regarding daily requirements.
* Generate reports and KPIs as required by the Sales Manager.
* Schedule paperwork for third-party loads (non-Casepak) as required by the Purchasing Team.
* Compile haulage rates and book haulage for third-party loads (non-Casepak) as required by the Purchasing Team.
* Minute take for Sales meetings when required.
* Provide administrative support to the Sales Executive based in Kent in relation to direct export loads.
* Check emails daily and print Annex VII’s and other paperwork relevant to goods in and out.
* Send load details and photos on all export sales.
Commercial System Responsibilities
* Manage paperwork and annexes and liaise with both weighbridge teams regarding collections.
* Support the Sales Coordinator with entering orders onto the system and managing the process for collection.
* Support with the daily Material Collection Schedule and booking in times.
* Raise and send all collection reference numbers to customers/hauliers/shipping lines.
* Supervise Goods Out daily.
* Supervise vehicle turnaround times and demurrage daily.
* Schedule Goods Out loads weekly, including Planned Delivery Schedule.
* Arrange transport for Goods Out loads weekly.
* Supervise incoming loads throughout the week, updating the schedule and deleting incomplete loads the following week.
Essential Skills and Criteria
* Previous administration experience.
* Good telephone manner and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages such as Excel and Word.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a highly pressured environment.
