Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance relationships with stakeholders and promote democratic engagement.
Identify and engage key stakeholders, including government entities, non-profits, and advocates, to foster collaboration and partnership.
Monitor and analyze political and social trends that affect democratic processes and civic engagement efforts.
Design and execute programs and events that promote democratic participation and educate communities about their rights and responsibilities.
Create and disseminate communication materials that effectively articulate our mission and objectives to various audiences.
Advocate for policies and initiatives that support democratic values and civic participation at local, state, and national levels.
Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement based on data and feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, advocacy, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of democratic processes, civic engagement, and the political landscape.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives effectively.
Demonstrated experience in organizing events and programs related to civic engagement and democracy.
Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategic decision-making and program development.
Working Hours: This is a full-time position with 36.25 working hours per week. Please note this is hybrid working opportunity with the expectation of being in the office at least 3 days per week, as well as for evening meetings as and when required.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £35.00
