- Schedule interviews and work directly with candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
- Coordinate onsite written assessments for candidates.
- Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status.
- Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Educate clients on the recruiting process and the roles involved.
- Arrange candidate travel and accommodation if required for domestic and international.
- Manage vendor engagement by updating recruitment activities and candidate status regularly.
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
- Update candidate records in the recruiting system – HIRE.
- Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills.
- Arrange for candidate reimbursements for candidates traveling overseas and domestically when necessary.
About the team
The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Talent Acquisition team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Recruitment Coordinator. Your core role will focus on coordinating interview scheduling activities across the Asia-Pacific region to provide a best-in-class interviewing experience. You will be part of a collaborative team committed to the recruitment journey.
This position is for a 12-month fixed-term period.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or diploma in HR or any related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment.
- Experience with technical tracking systems/software (like ATS).
