The role is based in Basildon for 21 hours per week, permanent contract to be worked on-site. About the Role As HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, training, policy development, and HR systems implementation. This is a stand-alone role, offering a fantastic opportunity to shape and improve HR practices within a growing organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Provide expert HR advice and manage employee relations cases. Oversee recruitment processes, including right-to-work checks, contracts, and onboarding. Manage training and development initiatives, including the annual appraisal process. Implement and maintain HR information systems. Ensure compliance with UK employment law and best HR practices. Support payroll data collation and administer company benefits.What We’re Looking For CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent). Proven experience in an HR management role, ideally in a stand-alone capacity. Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices. Ability to coach and support managers in people-related matters. Excellent communication and organisational skills with a proactive approach.
