About the role
We have an opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our Wembley Residential Age Care Home, on a permanent part-time and full-time basis. Our fantastic nursing team focuses on providing the absolute best possible care for our patients.
In these available roles, you will have a personalised care approach to residents by supporting their independence while maintaining an increased level of professionalism and high-quality support to our clinical team, ensuring safe medication administration, and maintaining quality care records.
Four roster patterns are available:
* Roster 1 (Week 1 and Week 2 Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri 10:00 – 14:00)
* Roster 2 (Week 1 Mon, Tues, Fri 06:45 – 14:45 / Week 2 Tues, Fri 06:45 – 14:45)
About you
You are an energetic and self-motivated Registered Nurse who is looking to be a part of an enthusiastic and dynamic team. You’ll have a commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction, along with well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills. While also sharing the same caring approach we have for our residents, you bring:
* Nursing qualification and current AHPRA Registration
* Experience in Aged Care Services with an understanding of current Age Care Quality Standards is preferred.
* Excellent time management and documentation skills
* Strong communication skills with a wide range of people
* COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required.
* National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
