We have an immediate requirement for a Facilities Coordinator to assist our client on a contract basis until January.
You responsibilities will include:
Assisting with allocation of new lockers and communicating the same.
Setting up and testing the clients floors various AV/FM/Catering operations.
Raise POs as required
Incumbent Supplier Oversight: The Facility Coordinator will oversee the performance of incumbent suppliers, ensuring they meet agreed-upon service levels.
Regular assessments and feedback sessions will be conducted to maintain service excellence and promptly address any deviations.
Day-to-Day Issue Management: Our Facility Coordinator will be the central point of contact for all facility-related issues. They will proactively identify and resolve problems, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations. Immediate response to any concerns will be a top priority.
Relocation Coordination: In preparation for the move to a new headquarters, our Facility Coordinator will meticulously plan and coordinate the relocation process. This includes liaising with movers, managing the packing and unpacking of items, overseeing the setup of workstations, and ensuring all facilities are fully functional at the new location.
