Our Bedford based client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support their busy Pensions Department on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. You must be willing to work from the office. The purpose of this role is to deal with the day-to-day call logging/customer services and administration of enquiries in relation to the Company’s pension.
Your duties as a Customer Service Administrator will include but are not limited to:
Answering telephone calls answering queries.
Assisting with all aspects of the day-to-day administration of the Company’s pension scheme including on-line enquiries, scanning of completed case work, call logging & printing of e-mail enquiries.
Assisting with the calculation and payment of benefits, referring non-standard cases to Management.
Efficient handling of correspondence, e-mail and telephone enquiries from scheme members and third party.
Processing work in accordance with documented workflow procedures.
