Job Description Reward Advisor Remote working, with occasional travel to London/Bedford/Hospital Sites Full Time – 37.5 hours per week (job share would be considered) The Role: This is an exciting, fast paced role to support the Reward Team with day-to-day Reward and Benefits administration, queries, and statistical analysis working closely with the HR and Payroll teams and wider business. What you’ll do: First point of contact for all Reward related queries via Workday Help providing reward advice, support and data by working with the wider HR Team and third-party providers to investigate queries through to resolution, providing assistance and advice to employees as appropriate, and escalating queries to the Reward Partner where necessary Support, share knowledge and empower colleagues in all aspects of Reward Provide analytical support for Reward initiatives Support cyclical reward activities such as, but not limited to: annual salary review process and annual bonus process Responsible for all salary benchmarking, including job matching using Willis Towers Watson and Pay Data methodologies, submitting data and analysing results Assist with ad hoc reward projects, such as but not limited to the rollout and implementation of a new Employee benefits platform Promoting and explaining benefits to employees including attending inductions and occasional site visits Assist with benefits renewals Staying up to date on legislative changes relating to Reward Ad hoc support on all compensation and benefits initiatives as required Resolve all Reward queries in a timely manner What you will bring with you: Strong attention to detail and accuracy for both numerical and written work is essential for this role Passionate about driving change and developing a competitive Reward function An advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, capable of manipulating and presenting data accurately and efficiently including v-lookups Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact across all levels of the organisation. Proven track record of achieving targets whilst maintaining an outstanding level of customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Re-Goal focused, and results driven The ability to manage workloads to meet deadlines and deliver consistently high standards of work by planning and prioritising effectively Familiar with Willis Towers Watson salary benchmarking process or similar Mail-merges (occasionally required for Bonus Scheme communication etc) Ability to work Independently and as part of a team A good problem solver with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
