Position Overview: As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences, cover classes where necessary, and lead interventions that support student progress and engagement. The ideal candidate will bring excellent classroom management skills, a flexible approach, and a commitment to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead small group interventions and support individual students to boost academic progress.
* Deliver planned lessons in teachers' absence, ensuring continuity and engagement.
* Work collaboratively with teachers to adapt resources and deliver differentiated learning experiences.
* Support and monitor student progress, providing feedback and assisting with assessment.
Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or relevant experience working in a similar role.
* Experience working with primary or secondary students, including SEN support.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* A proactive, positive, and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
