Mid-Market Sales Consultant
Our Mid-Market Acquisitions team is responsible for identifying opportunities with medium and large businesses (typically 25-100 users), generating leads, and managing the sales process end-to-end. Through telephone and online meetings, the team promotes Aerial Direct's products and services to sell telecoms products.

You’ll get involved in:
* Researching customers & targeting market sectors.
* Building relationships with prospective customers.
* Conducting virtual meetings (video and telephone) and technical demonstrations throughout the sales process.
* Pitching, following up, negotiating, and closing potential deals for telecoms customers.
* Maintaining records of all sales leads and appointments.
* Representing Aerial Direct during all customer and prospect interactions.
* Educating customers on how products and services can benefit them professionally.
* Identifying referral opportunities for cross-selling of additional suite of Aerial Direct's product portfolio.
* Maintaining a strong knowledge of telecoms products and understanding the wider product set at Aerial Direct.
* Using a consultative sales approach to understand customers' requirements and how Aerial Direct's products and services can benefit each potential customer.
* Providing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts to management.
* Adhering to regulatory and internal compliance processes and policies.
* Managing your own sales pipeline and prospects.
* Analyzing potential customers' usage to recommend products and services.
* Acquiring new customers for Aerial Direct.
* Occasional travel to customer sites as and when required (minimal).
Ideally, you’ll have experience of:
* Experience in a business development role.
* Used to working towards sales targets and agreed KPIs.
* Experience self-generating leads.
* Perseverance and self-motivation.
* Confidence presenting and selling remotely.
* Negotiation and closing.
* Ability to build effective relationships.
It would be great if you have:
* Strong knowledge of fixed line telecoms products.

Our Process
1. Step 1: Is there a fit? You’ll have a chat with our Talent Acquisition team, talk through your past experiences and what it is you're looking for from your career.
2. Step 2: Teams meet with your would-be manager, our Head of Mid-Market Acquisitions, to talk through your motivations whilst also getting a feeling for Aerial Direct. You’ll run through a few scenario-based questions, and get the opportunity to ask anything you’d like to learn about.
3. Step 3: Demonstrate your skills and expertise. You’ll run through a presentation with our Head of Mid-Market Acquisitions, as well as running through any last-minute questions you might have.
4. Step 4: If it looks like a good fit from both sides, we’ll be looking to make you an offer!
