Role Purpose Working in a fast-paced environment, providing the link between our broker partners and all CHL internal departments, particularly the new business operations team and sales. Handle telephone and written enquiries from intermediaries and deal with all administration processes to ensure new and continued business is secured and progresses effectively. Assist underwriters with all aspects of the management of the pre-offer pipeline. Responsibility Provide a prompt, efficient and personalised service to clients Go out of way to ensure that Intermediary needs are met and strive to offer a high quality of service to the Intermediary Handle telephone and written enquiries from intermediaries and deal with all administration processes to enable new and continued business Liaise with intermediaries to obtain outstanding information within agreed timelines and ensure proactive pipeline management Ability to work within a team and be organised in all processes Ability to share workload and share ideas to improve processes further To be able to communicate with both internal and external customers in a clear, concise manner and in a professional manner To have the ability to discuss new ideas and procedures in order to improve on the service/administration Understands and interprets information quickly and accurately Critically analyses issues and breaks them down into their component parts Takes decisive and appropriate action based on relevant information obtained Prioritises own activities to ensure you contribute at right level and seeks help when required Sets out workable plans over the short and long term Anticipate obstacles and report back Presents information, written and verbal, in a clear concise manner Is an active listener Establishes and maintains effective lines of communication with team members and management Any other duties required to fulfil the role Completes due diligence on introducers ensuring policy and process is fully complied with.
