About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a critical leadership role, based primarily in Southport with some flexibility to work remotely.
As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain operations across our expanding franchise network. From demand forecasting and procurement to vendor negotiations and inventory control, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency, supply continuity, and cost optimisation as we scale.
This position calls for a strategic thinker with exceptional commercial acumen—someone who can confidently manage supplier relationships, contribute to investor-level reporting, and implement scalable systems in line with our long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and optimise supply chain processes to support expansion across multiple locations.
2. Develop robust demand planning models aligned with business growth forecasts.
3. Oversee procurement activities and negotiate high-value supplier agreements.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely, cost-effective supply to all locations.
5. Work cross-functionally with culinary, finance, and franchise operations teams.
6. Present supply chain performance insights to senior leadership and investors.
What We’re Looking For
1. Strong background in demand planning, procurement, and supply chain strategy.
2. Demonstrable experience in supplier negotiation and inventory management.
3. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
4. Ideally, experience within the restaurant, hospitality, or food sector.
5. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
