Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished administrator to join Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust on a permanent basis to help co-ordinate our annual staff flu vaccination program and to support the IPC and Physical health team with administrator responsibilities. The post holder is responsible for administrative and clerical support to the Physical Health Team and IPC Team To be responsible for contacting vaccinators, coordinating diaries and clinics, booking appointments, coordinating vaccination sites, ordering supplies and running accurate reports of vaccinations given The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010). Main duties of the job To provide administrative duties e.g. organise meetings, prepare agendas, populate action plans, and take minutes for meetings Prepare and present highly complex information to groups in the Trust To be responsible for contacting vaccinators, coordinating diaries and clinics, booking appointments, coordinating vaccination sites, ordering supplies, and running accurate reports of vaccinations given Support the accurate and timely entry of vaccination information utilizing IT systems e.g. RAVS, NIVS, and Foundry.
