My client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Managed Accounts Specialist to join there Wealth Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, experience in managed accounts, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Management:
o Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial goals are met.
o Conduct regular reviews and updates of client portfolios, adjusting strategies as needed to align with changing market conditions and client objectives.
o Provide timely and accurate reporting on portfolio performance, fees, and investment strategy changes.
* Portfolio Management:
o Collaborate with investment managers and advisors to design and implement personalized investment strategies.
o Monitor portfolio allocations and investment performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize returns.
o Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all portfolio management activities.
* Communication:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their managed accounts.
o Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on their portfolio performance and strategic recommendations.
o Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth client onboarding and account maintenance processes.
* Business Development:
o Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and expand the scope of managed account services.
o Support the development of marketing strategies and materials to promote managed accounts services.
o Participate in client prospecting efforts and contribute to business growth initiatives.
