We are seeking an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to conduct fabric condition surveys across South Wales using our bespoke tablet-based software. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work on a part-time or full-time basis to suit your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct on-site fabric condition surveys of buildings.
* Accurately record findings using our bespoke survey software on a tablet device.
* Identify and report on building defects, maintenance issues, and overall condition.
* Work independently to complete surveys efficiently and to a high standard.
Requirements:
* Experience in building surveying or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of building fabric, materials, and defects.
* Ability to use a tablet-based survey system (training provided).
* Self-motivated with good attention to detail.
