Requirements:
1. Minimum one year’s experience in Administration.
2. GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Typing duties.
2. Use of computer systems to include data input and retrieval of information.
3. Maintenance of filing systems.
4. Processing mail.
5. Processing and collating information.
6. Taking and relaying messages/information.
7. Dealing with a range of queries.
8. Preparation and transportation of medical and other records.
9. Making appointments.
10. Arranging meetings.
11. General office duties such as photocopying and faxing.
Working Hours:
1. Band 2 & Band 3 - Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Rate of pay is £11.45 - £11.67 per hour and will be paid on a weekly basis.
