What the Job Involves Your role involves receiving, sorting, batching, scanning, indexing, and processing both physical and electronic mail and documents for the Council. You will be responsible for the receipt and dispatch of incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring all tasks adhere to Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements. You'll provide a high-quality, customer-centric service by processing applications, emails, and data imports efficiently. Scanning, storing, and assigning incoming mail/documents using various document management systems and software will be part of your daily tasks. Maintaining confidentiality and managing equipment such as scanners and copiers is crucial, including reporting faults as needed.
