We have an exciting new opportunity for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join a practice in Wool, Dorset. This practice is located close to the beautiful coastline where you can enjoy the fantastic beaches.
The role is full time for 4 days per week, along with weekends on a rota. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.
The practice are looking for an experienced vet who has good small animal experience. They will need to be competent in routine surgeries and consultations and have excellent client facing skills. They will be a team player and be able to build rapport easily. They will work to a high standard and have the ambition and motivated to drive the practice forward.
The role offers the opportunity to work with an experienced team along with a certificate holding lead Vet who regularly sees more complex surgeries. There is plenty of scope here to develop clinical skills and knowledge with funding for certificates available. Collectively the team provide a positive working environment and culture and ensure that they all continue to support each other and every day to leave work happy that you have made a different.

Facilities
The practices are fully equipped with all the latest diagnostic equipment and there is a wide range of state-of-the-art services available, including:

Package:
Salary: 55,000 to 65,000 per annum, commensurate to experience
Holidays: 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
CPD: Generous allowance of 1,500 with 5 days to attend
Memberships: RCVS, VDS and BVA fees paid
