MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY TASKS As the HR Advisor you will organise and supervise the administrative systems relating to the HR environment. This would also involve contributing to the planning, development and monitoring of staff across our brands. 1.1. Support the delivery of the comprehensive outsourced HR service – including dealing with Subject Access Requests, preparing documents for employment tribunals. 1.2. Actively support planning, developing and monitoring procedures and policies for HR. 1.3. Support in the maintenance and development of HRIS; working with provider on projects, ensuring system is compliant. 1.4. Provide analysis and evaluation of data and produce reports as required. 1.5. Monitor the work performance of employees; using review data, talent management tools, costs. 1.6. Deliver rolling face to face training of HR related matters – including but not limited to: UK Employment Legislation, dealing with investigation, disciplinary, grievance and appeal meetings. 1.7. Creation of “What good looks like” for training purposes around key HR subjects. 1.8. Provide deeper level support on complex ER matters, this includes all potential dismissals. 2. REQUIRED SKILLS 2.1. Holds CIPD Level 5 as a minimum. 2.2. Experience working in a busy HR office environment including but not limited to; dealing with Subject Access Requests, preparing documents for employment tribunals. 2.3. Excellent literacy skills as you will be expected to undertake a variety of tasks i.e drafting HR letters, reviewing policies and procedures, documents, training materials. 2.4. Able to drive. 2.5. Able to travel throughout UK. 3. BEHAVIOUR 3.1.
