We’re growing fast and looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring industry-leading XR training solutions to Learning & Development teams and Training Providers across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients within the L&D and training sector. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth. Present and promote XR training solutions to key decision-makers. Build strong, long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of solutions. What We’re Looking For: Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management—ideally within EdTech, L&D, or vocational training. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Consultative and solutions-focused approach with a strong commercial mindset. Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. Passion for innovation, education, and technology. Interest or experience in virtual/mixed reality (XR) is a strong plus.
