Available Roles:
1. Community Neuro Rehabilitation Team - Dover/Deal (Band 7) Be part of an expert, multi-disciplinary team on the stroke pathway and support individuals with progressive neurological diseases. Make a difference every day in a rewarding, varied role.
2. Stroke Unit - Margate (Band 6/7) Work in a specialist 15-bedded unit as a key member of our stroke rehabilitation team. You'll be on the front line of recovery, helping patients regain their communication and swallowing skills after life-changing events.

Qualifications Essential:
* Registered with HCPC and RCSLT
Desirable:
* Experience of supervising students / assistants / NQTs
Qualifications Essential:
* Evidence of relevant specialist qualifications e.g. dysphagia, LSVT
Desirable:
* Attendance at relevant RCSLT CEN meetings
Experience Essential:
* 2 years (band 6) 4 years (band 7) relevant clinical experience

* Experience of leading and managing teams

* Practical experience in managing health-related projects/complex caseloads
Knowledge Essential:
* Well established knowledge of a broad range of assessment and treatment tools and approaches and evidence of highly skilled application relevant to the specialist client group.
