John Sisk & Son are looking for a MEP SQS to commercially support a £70m Advanced Manufacturing project in Oxford and to be a senior member of the growing MOXCAM (Midlands, Oxford and Cambridge) team within the UK North business unit. A broad range of experience across Advanced Manufacturing, residenital, healthcare and commercial will be considered. Take full commercial responsibility and ownership for the M&E packages, working closely with the Contracts Manager/Project Manager and the construction team to ensure a successful project is delivered, while maintaining relationships and maximising commercial returns and managing risk. Your day to day will include: Feasibility, Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities. Liaise with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure the budget requirements are met. Manage cashflow for large MEP packages throughout delivery Compile and issue commercial reports to the project leadership team for CVR's Have experience commercially managing, high value M&E works Are proficient in the use of MS Office, with a focus on Excel. Are degree qualified and able to demonstrate strong communication. Academic and/or Professional qualification in construction related subject.
