The Role: As aCustoms Administrator, youll manage import and customs activities to ensure the smooth flow of goods across international borders. Youll collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure compliance with UK regulations while optimizing processes for efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and compliant import clearance of goods.
Provide accurate customs documentation and clearance instructions.
Work closely with brokers and internal teams to resolve queries and discrepancies.
Monitor and report compliance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Manage and maintain records to meet audit requirements.
