About the Role As Clubhouse Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of a thriving clubhouse nestled within 400 acres of stunning rural landscape. You’ll ensure seamless hospitality, manage a small team, and curate unforgettable experiences for members and visitors. This role requires an enthusiastic individual with at least 2 years of hospitality experience, excellent organisational and customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. A genuine interest in countryside pursuits, particularly clay pigeon shooting, is a plus. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Front Desk Manage the clubhouse’s day-to-day operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Handle bookings for lessons and events, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Oversee the clubhouse calendar and manage daily store credit reconciliations. Act as a key holder when required. Event Management Organise and deliver shooting and non-shooting events for up to 20 participants. Support the Events Team with sales and event execution. Coordinate food, beverage, and staff requirements for all events. Team Collaboration Supervise the Clubhouse Chef, collaborating to curate menus and deliver outstanding catering. Work with the Accounts Team to manage transactions and stock-taking activities. Membership & Sales Oversee membership enquiries, renewals, and general administration. Promote lessons, courses, and upsell services. Manage in-house store promotions and credits. Health & Safety Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols across all operations. Skills and Experience Required Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, ideally in club or clubhouse management. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Calendar. Level 2 Food Hygiene certification is advantageous. Passion for countryside pursuits, particularly shooting, is highly desirable.
