You’ll need to have experience including multi-currency transactions, group structures with multiple entities in differing geographical areas and end to end knowledge of a finance department. What will you do? As Finance Manager, you’ll report directly to the Head of Operations and work closely with the senior leadership team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, from planning and budgeting to reporting and compliance. In addition, you will collaborate with external financial accountants to ensure all financial reporting is accurate and submitted within the required deadline. Your strategic insights and attention to detail will ensure we continue to make good financial decisions that align with our growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the preparation of key management accounts and reporting from Xero, providing an analysis of your findings and advice each month for each entity and location. You will be responsible for at least one direct line report (bookkeeper level). Develop and implement strategies to optimise costs and enhance financial efficiency. Track and analyse key financial metrics, including cash flow, profitability, and expenditure, to provide actionable insights to the business. Presenting and advising on the financial impacts of decision making. Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring precision and consistency. Manage end to end financial processes from bookkeeping to payroll and reporting, being able to communicate effectively at each level involved. Skills / Approaches: Excellent communication skills and able to communicate effectively across all stakeholders across the business. Line Management and coaching expertise.
