We are looking for a HR & Payroll administrator to join our ambitious Head Office accounts team. You will work directly with the Financial Director & Operations Director. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail whilst also delivering a first-class service to both internal and external stakeholders.
While this is a standalone role working in a team, you will be required to build excellent relationships with other colleagues in branch. You must be an excellent communicator who is used to maintaining relationships with a diverse range of people and must have a ‘get stuck in attitude’.

Your responsibilities will include
* Monthly payroll processing end to end including auto-enrolment for pensions, manual calculations & statutory payments (essential)
* HR administration including contract production & onboarding of new staff
* Recruitment - finding suitable applicants for vacancies across the business and passing them to relevant managers.
* HR audits alongside our HR consultancy firm to ensure we are up to date with legislation
* Basic Bookkeeping
* Onboarding new starters
* Assisting the financial director with monthly board reporting
* Arranging regular staff training
* Producing investor reports
We’re looking for
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills in order to provide a high-quality service
* Accounting and Financial administration experience preferred
* Payroll experience (end to end processing essential)
* Some basic HR knowledge
* Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
* Flexible and adaptable in approach to work
Details
* Hours of work: 9am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday
* Starting Salary: From £23,000 depending on experience

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
