What You'll Do asWhat You'll Do
As a Talent Acquisition & Development Manager, you will have a dual-focus role, responsible for both Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development functions.
You will provide a comprehensive, confidential service to the Central London Cluster, supporting business goals and strategies while developing and maintaining positive relationships with associates and managers. You will deliver high standards of support in both administrative and operational areas related to Talent Acquisition and Development.
This role reports directly to the Cluster Assistant Director of Human Resources and works closely with leadership across the cluster to drive the following:
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
* Assist in interviewing and hiring human resources team members as needed
* Establish and maintain contact with external recruitment sources
* Attend job fairs and ensure proper documentation of outreach efforts
* Network with local organisations (e.g., Hotel Association and industry peers) to source candidates
* Oversee and monitor the candidate identification and selection process
* Provide expertise to hiring managers regarding selection procedures
* Work with recruitment partners to ensure effective job advertisements attract a diverse candidate pool
* Perform quality control on candidate selection processes
Learning & Development Responsibilities:
* Support and coordinate departmental induction programmes for new hires
* Utilise available on-the-job training tools to support ongoing employee development
* Ensure the effective facilitation of new hire induction programmes, reinforcing company values and guest service culture
* Work closely with department heads to ensure all employees receive the appropriate training to succeed in their roles
Our ideal Candidate should possesses either
* High school diploma or GED
* 3 years of experience in human resources, management operations, or a related professional area
OR
Option 2:
* 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related major
* 1 year of experience in human resources, management operations, or a related professional area
