Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team in Lincoln. In this role you will oversee projects from risk review and scope definition to final invoicing and close-out. You will be responsible for managing all project activities while maintaining clear communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from purchase order review to completion.
* Manage project risks, scope, financials, and schedules while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
* Provide regular internal and external reports, including RAID logs, change logs, and project plans.
* Conduct customer visits both in the UK and internationally, depending on contract requirements.
* Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring financial, risk, and contract reviews are conducted as needed.
Required Qualifications/Skills
* Project Management qualification or equivalent experience in Project Management.
* Qualified to Degree level in an Engineering or Business Related subject.
* Alternatively, "A" level or HNC/D educated combined with equivalent experience in an engineering environment.
* 3+ years experience of project management and leadership of multiple projects.
* Understanding of contract terms and conditions, including those related to client and purchasing requirements.
* Business understanding - good understanding of key business drivers and business goals.
* Good working knowledge of contract and commercial conditions.
* Good knowledge of procurement and purchasing.
* Advanced project management skills, including financial, planning & risk management, but not limited to.
* Knowledge of Industrial Gas Turbines, including Auxiliary systems and controls would be an advantage.
* Knowledge of on shore and off shore installations, and the project requirements in dealing with these types of projects.
