Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

Within BCB is our Channels business, which has been built to design and deliver great end to end experiences for our clients across Digital, Telephony and Marketing Channels.
You'll be part of a team that is shaping Business and Commercial’s digital and multi-channel experience. Creating connected, personalised customer experiences across touch points such as mobile app, online banking, websites and email. These will be anchored in strategic themes and initiatives such as unlocking growth for our existing customers, growing digital engagement within business sectors, optimising the mobile app to help clients meet their business needs, or delivering multi-channel brand and design changes.
This role will primarily focus on supporting the design and delivery of how and where we use our digital channels to target customers with back book propositions; building audiences, delivering digital marketing, designing public and secure content.
What You’ll Do
* Work with product and channel stakeholders to understand business needs and how our communications can contribute to strategic objectives.
* Utilise insights and research to gain an understanding of client needs and commercial opportunities.
* Design and deliver multi-channel communications that release and grow value from the products our clients already hold.
* Work with analysts and data teams to develop communication targeting and put in place performance tracking to measure campaign effectiveness.
* Design and implement Test & Learn activities which continuously improve the performance of the programme.
* Review communication performance and identify necessary interventions to keep performance on track / grow contribution.
* Manage the relationship with our marketing function and campaign delivery with 3rd party suppliers.
* Keep up to date with emerging BCB communication capabilities, championing and utilising new technologies as appropriate.
The Skills And Background You'll Need
* Marketing delivery background with a thorough understanding of below-the-line marketing channels, targeting techniques and approaches to performance measurement.
* Strong relationship management skills and a proven record of working effectively with a variety of technical and non-technical partners, including analysts, research teams, marketing specialists etc.
* A commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to provide insight driven solutions to business objectives and problems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience of exec level storytelling.
* Strong planning and organisation skills, attention to detail and a strong record of delivery.
* Experience of utilising insights / MI to shape and optimise marketing campaigns.
