Harris Hill is urgently seeking an Individual Giving Project Manager for 3 months, starting ASAP for a charity in Swindon. This role is hybrid based with 2dpw in the office, however they may be flexible for the right person, considering possble remote and consultancy based candidates. The Individual Giving Project Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow individual giving at the organisation. The post holder will lead planning and implementation of our individual giving programme of fundraising and activities, aimed at individuals. It will the Individual Giving Project Manager’s responsibility to generate significant income through managing cash appeals, raffle campaigns, the lottery, a regular giving acquisition program, legacy marketing, and in-memory giving. The postholder will also line manage the Individual Giving Officer and work closely with the Director of Income Generation to achieve the organisations income targets and enhance donor relationships. Experience: Proven track record in individual giving, in-memory fundraising, supporter experience or direct marketing, or a related fundraising role. Track record of achieving income targets and driving growth Knowledge of fundraising regulations and best practices Experience of running fundraising appeals or direct marketing campaigns Experience of data segmentation and analysis Demonstrable experience of setting and delivering an income and expenditure budget Demonstrable experience of insight-driven decision making to improve fundraising performance Significant experience of donor stewardship Experience in using digital channels to increase individual giving or fundraising income Awareness of third sector fundraising streams and the complex charity fundraising climate.
