Requirements:
- As our ideal candidate, you should have previous experience in IT Support, specifically in 2nd line desktop support or similar roles. You must be proficient in managing ticketing systems, providing remote and in-person support, and troubleshooting various technical issues. Experience with Office 365 administration, Active Directory, Windows operating systems, and basic networking knowledge is essential.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing tickets and troubleshooting issues related to laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.
- Providing end-user support for both hardware and software issues.
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and security groups within Active Directory.
- Working on a hybrid schedule, with on-site duties required on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while allowing you to work from home for the remaining three days of the week.
