Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons to primary/secondary school students.
* Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students with varying proficiency levels.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning.
* Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular formative and summative assessments.
* Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate their progress to parents and guardians.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that align with educational standards.
* Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with current educational practices.
Requirements
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification in French and Spanish.
* Proven experience teaching French and Spanish in a primary/secondary school setting.
* Strong knowledge of the French and Spanish language, culture, and literature.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Ability to create differentiated lesson plans to meet the individual needs of diverse learners.
* Demonstrated understanding of current educational practices and the ability to incorporate technology in the classroom.
