Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating the logistics for both internal and external training sessions, handling all administrative tasks.
* Building and maintaining relationships with training providers and course participants.
* Developing the annual training budget and monitoring expenditures against it quarterly, providing explanations for any discrepancies.
* Overseeing and approving all training-related invoices and expenses.
* Scheduling and organizing training courses for various professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, CIOT, CTA, ATT, CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Services, AAT, ICSA Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme, Insolvency courses).
* Conducting induction sessions for new employees.
* Meeting with department heads to assess training needs and formulate plans to address them.
* Working closely with employees to ensure their training requirements are met.
Requirements:
* University degree
* Genuine passion for training and development
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
