Job Title: Sales Administrator - Immediate Start
Location: Ringmer - Car Driver required due to location (hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 from home)
Rate: £13 - £14 per hour Dependant on Experience
Contract Type: Temp 4 - 6 weeks
Working Pattern: Full time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities:
1. Processing and inputting customer orders onto our client's ERP system
2. Placing, processing, and progressing purchase orders with suppliers
3. Maintaining good relationships and communication with customers throughout the order process
4. Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to deliveries or products
5. Assisting with complex or urgent orders in a proactive manner
6. Handling sales enquiries from customers via email
7. Updating and maintaining sales records on the CRM, ensuring they are linked to orders received
8. Providing general administrative support to the sales team
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in an administrative role
2. Proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems, such as Oracle NetSuite and NetSuite CRM, would be advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
4. Excellent organisational and time management skills
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
